Rivada Sea Lion is a privately owned Joint Venture made up of Sea Lion International (a qualified Alaskan Native 8(a) Corporation and Rivada Networks, LLC. This business venture successfully bid on and won a $30M grant proposal proposed under Round One of the American Recovery and Reconstitution Act (ARRA) Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Broadband Grant Program.

This brochure describes the Joint Venture, its objectives and methodology for winning for first Grant and suggestions for how we can assist others to win a Grant under Round 2 of this process.
