Southeast Conference would like to invite you to attend our FY 2009 Annual Meeting on September 16th, 17th and 18th and the City of Prince Rupert's Export Trade Conference on September 15th. To be held in Prince Rupert, British Columbia at The Gaming Centre. Registration forms can be downloaded here or contact Sara Henderson at (907) 523-2321. We will also be continuing with the trade show theme on the 16th and 17th at the Gaming Centre, if you are interesting in having a table complete the Table Registration form below.

• Alaska Airlines - Does fly into Prince George, BC and from there you can link with Air Canada.

• VIA Canada - Another option is to take the train from Prince George, BC to Prince Rupert, BC.
• Alaska Marine Highway System - On September 18th AMHS has assured us that they have delayed the departure of the Taku until 12:45pm to accommodate our Annual Business Meeting.
• Inland Air Charters Ltd - They are taking names for individuals to share charter flights to and from Prince Rupert between September 14th-18th. The cost for the plane is $1377.80, divided by 5 seats is $275.56 each. Baggage is limited. Make arrangements by August 31, 2008. Call Virginia or Bruce at (250)624-2577.
